‘Sky House’ is derived from the houses unique roof gardens and expansive glazing creating homes that are bright, airy and spacious with unrivalled views from every level.
Based on the back-to-back housing concept created by award-winning Architects CODA (as seen on the BBC News); ‘Sky House’ aims to create sensitively compact communities that are centred around a pocket park with a series of open spaces for the residents to use.
Each house has a small front garden for a natter with your neighbour (over a cup of Yorkshire tea of course); a first-floor balcony (for a G&T) and second-floor roof garden for more private entertaining (and the odd BBQ). The developments also have gated home zone parking courts and a pocket park play space to ensure your children’s health and wellbeing. Ball games are strictly encouraged!
Our design also takes reference from the regions industrial past with the saw-toothed roofs in a sensitive contemporary style further echoing the more recent contemporary commercial developments in the region.
